Grant Opportunities for BioWV Members:

BioWV members, through a generous grant from the Claude Worthington Benedum Foundation, have access to funding assistance to help with proof-of-concept studies or prototyping directly related to product development as well as stipends for small companies to market and exhibit their products at conferences and conventions, to attend meetings with key customers, to participate in organized trade missions and/or to help with company internships.  For more information, contact BioWV.

Business Assistance for WV Tech-Related Companies:

TechConnectWV, a statewide economic development organization dedicated to fostering and promoting innovation-based businesses and entrepreneurial activities across West Virginia, offers a variety of programs to assist technology based businesses across four primary sectors:  Biotechnology, Biometrics, Advanced Energy, and Chemicals & Advanced Materials.  For more information, visit www.techconnectwv.org.
